My name is Troy Warren. My goal is to ensure every client has a worry-free lifestyle at Lake Martin!
I have spent the last 8 years visiting Lake Martin. I fell in love with the lake! We spent time visiting all of the wonderful restaurants on and around the lake, swimming in various parts of the lake, and hanging out at Chimney rock with friends and family just soaking up the sun and enjoying the area.
I am originally from Atlanta, GA and attended college at the University of Georgia and graduated from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA. I worked from the age of 15 in the retail industry and was fortunate enough to work through college and take on more responsibilities at work as I was finishing college. I have relocated many times throughout the country with my job and was fortunate enough to find the great state of Alabama ten years ago!
While in Alabama I served as the Regional Director of Operations for 150 locations covering 4 states with over 3,500 associates under my leadership.
I have 2 daughters that I have raised myself for the past 12 years. During this time if I wasn't working I was spending all of my time with 2 very athletic girls traveling all across the country watching them play volleyball. My girls are the world to me but I told them once they both went off to college I was moving to Lake Martin. In the fall of 2019 the last one finished high school. Luckily, they both attend Auburn University so they stay close and I still see them often. I moved to Lake Martin in January of 2020. I retired from my job and felt the calling to open my business and use my skills to truly bring a top notch operation to the people in the Lake Martin area.
My reason for opening this business is simple.....I want everyone who lives or discovers Lake Martin to be able to spend quality time with their family and friends and be the face of support for all homeowners who own a second home or live here full time and need local leadership to get the job done. I believe in honesty and integrity and excel in operational excellence and customer service!
